Happiness by choice

Everybody wants to be happy. Nobody chooses to be sad. It is very much like the saying "half glass empty or half glass full". Someone who shows gratitude for things that they have and not focus on the things that they don't have, of course they would be happier. While you do not have total control over your circumstances, you do have a lot of control over how you react to it.

Practice gratitude on a daily basis will sharpen your skill to see the silver lining even in adversity. The more positivity you manifest, the more positivity you will attract.

Happiness is a choice.
